Press Attendant, GL.03, FSLC and Junior Secondary School Certificate
Clerical Assistant, GL.03, FSLC and Junior Secondary School Certificate
3 Clerical Officer ll, GL.04, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings.
Store Keeper, GL.04, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings.
Data Processing Officer, GL.04, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings preferably with a pass in mathematics. Computer literacy is an added advantage
Motor Driver/Mechanic, GL.04, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings with a valid class ‘C’ Driver’s License.
Statistical Assistant, GL.04, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings including mathematics.
Printing Attendance, GL.04, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings and must have the knowledge of printing.
Recording Technician, GL.04, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings
4. Assistant Cameraman, GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings, ‘A’Level, NAPTEB, OND in Mass Communication or Cinematography from a recognized institution.
Assistant Executive Officer (Audit), GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings, OND in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
Assistant Data Processing Officer, GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. OND in Business Administration or Public Administration from a recognized institution.
Assistant Works Superintendent, GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings, ‘A’Level, NAPTEB, OND and relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
Assistant Library Officer, GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. OND in Library Studies and a Pass in First Professional Examination of the Library Association or Certificate in Library Studies obtained from a recognized institution with atleast two years post-qualification cognate experience.
Confidential Secretary Officer lll, GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. OND in Secretarial Studies including passes in shorthand at 100 and 50 words per minutes from a recognized institution, plus R.S.A or Civil Service Training school Certificate in Short Hand and Type writing at 100 and 50words per minute respectively.
Assistant Executive Officer (Accounts), GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. OND in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
Assistant Executive Officer (G/D), GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. OND in Business Administration or Public Administration from a recognized institution.
5. Photographer, GL.06, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. Final Certificate of the City and Guilds of London Institute of Photography plus two years of post-qualification cognate experience or Final Certificate of the Institute of Incorporated Photographers (formerly the Institute of British Photography) plus five years post-qualification cognate experience.
Data Processing Officer, G.L08, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. OND in computer Science, OND in Data Processing or Computer Science. HND in Data Processing or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
Confidential Secretary ll, G.L08, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. HND in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution, Candidates must be Computer literate.

Legislative Officer ll, GL.08, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. A Degree in Arts, Law or Social Science, HND in a recognized Institution.

Mechanical Engineer, G.L.08, FSLC, WAEC/SSCE or GCE (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings. HND or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
