In response to this complex development challenge, the Federal Government of Nigeria, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with support from the European Union established the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme, - a platform for empowering young Nigerian graduates with practical on-the-job skills and leadership competencies through a twelve-month paid placement opportunity. Under this programme, highly qualified recent graduates of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme will be provided with work opportunities within private sector organisations, the public sector, UN agencies and development organisations. The goal of the NJPF is to empower these fellows with professional and leadership capacities thereby enabling them to positively contribute to the social and economic development prospects of Nigeria. With the ambition of placing 20,000 fresh graduates in private and public sector entities on annual basis, the Jubilee Fellows programme established an end-to-end digital platform to ensure seamless application, onboarding, contracting, learning, mentorship, and offboarding of fellows, while also ensuring sustained engagement with host organisations. The digital platform www.njfp.ng is comprised of a public facing interface, application portal for fellows and host organisations, e-learning platform, M&E interface, and alumni network. UNDP is seeking services of volunteers to provide management support of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows end to end Web Portal and ensure effective operation of the 5-in-1 online portals. Scope of Work: the volunteers will be required to perform below services on the existing portal.

The admin portal of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Program (NJFP) applications is designed to provide a centralized location for all administrative functions. We are, therefore seeking help of online volunteer to whom we will give the necessary permission to be able to perform a wide range of functions, including making changes, deletions, and modifications to user profiles (both host and fellows). The key features of these role are: - A web page that provides program statistics in the form of interactive graphs and pie charts to give an overview of the progress of the program. - Advanced search functionality that can search, view, and modify host organization and fellows’ data or information easily. - A comprehensive fellows’ section that includes all information uploaded at the point of expression of interest, information from Talent Management Company like test scores, proficiency etc., payments done for individual from time of program start, days they have worked, status of matching, Status of Onboarding, Status of courses and progress undertaken on LMS, and a blacklisting option for fellows. - The Host Organization sections includes all information uploaded at the point of expression of interest, - Integration of web application firewall on all applications hosted on AWS (Amazon Webservices) and DDoS (distributed denial of service) with implementation of AWS services and best practices.
